His journey includes overcoming his own playing challenges, years as a leading brass repair and custom work specialist, founding a mouthpiece company, and teaching brass students for over thirty years. Combined with more than 12,000 hours of one on one success and performance coaching in the business world, he has developed practical tools to help musicians break through barriers, play with freedom, and achieve their goals. Often recognizing that some playing issues are equipment related and by having valves aligned or changing mouthpieces they can be lessened or even eliminated.
